2. Principle: what we do not do

No analytics or tracking services (no Google Analytics, Matomo, Meta pixel or similar).
No advertising or marketing cookies.
No external fonts — all fonts are served from our own server.
No embedded maps, videos or social media plugins.
No disclosure of your data for advertising purposes.

As a result, opening this page establishes no connection to third-party servers.

3. Server log files

When the website is accessed, the web server processes technically necessary access data: IP address, date and time, file requested, volume transferred, notification of successful retrieval, browser type and version, operating system and referrer URL.

Purpose: Delivery of the page, operational security, defence against attacks, error analysis.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interest in secure and uninterrupted operation.
Retention: [e.g. 7 days], then automatic deletion.

4. Hosting

The website is operated at [name and address of the host] on servers in [country, preferably within the EU]. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the provider.

5. Contact by email

This website has no contact form. If you write to us, we process the data you give in your message — usually your name, email address and the details of your project.

Purpose: Handling and answering your enquiry.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the enquiry is directed at a contract; otherwise Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (your consent, which you may withdraw at any time with future effect).
Retention: Until your enquiry has been dealt with; then deletion, unless a commercial or tax retention obligation applies.
Recipients: The host as processor. Any further disclosure only takes place where it is necessary to handle your matter — for example to an instructed law firm — and you have been informed in advance.

6. Local storage in your browser

We do not use cookies. This website uses only your browser's localStorage for two technically necessary values:

aetr-consent: Remembers that you acknowledged the privacy notice.
aetr-lang: Remembers the language you last chose.

These values never leave your browser and are not transmitted to us.

7. Encryption

The website is delivered exclusively over HTTPS (TLS).

8. Transfers to third countries

No personal data is transferred to countries outside the EU or EEA.

Access (Art. 15) — which data we process about you.
Rectification (Art. 16) of inaccurate or incomplete data.
Erasure (Art. 17), unless a retention obligation applies.
