Registered office and area of activity

The registered office and invoicing are in Germany. Projects are carried out in Croatia, with a focus on Dalmatia between Zadar and Split. Execution and legal handling on site rest with Croatian partner firms and with lawyers admitted in Croatia.

The activity is carried out on a freelance basis (freier Beruf under German law) and is currently being established.

Consumer dispute resolution

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

The European online dispute resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025, so the link to it has been removed. Please have this confirmed by a lawyer.
