Adria EcoTech & Real Estate is the advisory platform of Dr. rer. nat. Marcel Metz. It bundles five trades that are almost always needed together in Dalmatia — and are rarely offered together.
How we work
Three principles every project can be measured against.
Measure first, promise second
Water hardness, soil profile, grid connection point: figures from the site itself, not from regional statistics. We size nothing we have not checked.
Say what will not work
If a measure does not pay for itself, a funding line does not apply or a plot has a problem, it goes into the finding — even when it costs us the job.
The contact stays the same
Trades change, responsibility does not. You discuss photovoltaics, the land register and site management with the same person.
Natural science, engineering, region
The starting point is scientific: a karst soil, a water analysis and a yield forecast are measurements first and sales arguments second. That perspective shapes the order in which we set projects up.
Added to it is hands-on engineering — among other things in switchgear construction for specialised controls — and a local network built over years: trades, construction firms and Croatian-admitted lawyers.

Why Dalmatia
Dalmatia combines three conditions that rarely coincide elsewhere: very high solar irradiation, a substrate that forces water and soil questions, and a property market whose paperwork demands careful review.
That combination is precisely where the need this platform serves comes from. The registered office is in Starnberg near Munich; we support projects in Dalmatia, from Zadar to Split.
