Buy and sell with the land register and the cadastre checked

Purchase and sale management for existing properties, plots and agricultural land — with a careful review of the land register and cadastre and full contractual handling through an established network of lawyers.

Scope of work

Check first, sign second

The most expensive mistake when buying property in Croatia is rarely the price. It is assuming that the land register, the cadastre and the fence on the ground all say the same thing. In long-settled areas they often do not.

We reverse the order: the file review first, then price negotiation, then contract. Contractual handling runs through an established network of lawyers — German-speaking, admitted in Croatia.

FAQ

Frequently asked

Can EU citizens buy property in Croatia?
In principle yes, though agricultural land and protected areas carry particular rules. Which rules apply to your specific property is clarified by the legal network before an offer is made — not after.
What does legalisation mean for existing buildings?
Many older buildings deviate from their original permit. Whether and how that can be regularised afterwards is decisive for price, financing and any later refurbishment.
Do you support sales as well?
Yes. For a sale the preparation is the same: a clean file shorten the negotiation and protect the price.
Next step

We review the file before the offer.

Give us the property or the cadastral parcel and we will tell you which checks are worth doing before you make an offer.
